Khun Pattamarat joined the firm in early 2003 after receiving her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Honors) in Business Law from Chulalongkorn University in 2002. While working at the firm, she continued her legal education beginning in 2005 and graduated with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Chulalongkorn University in 2008.

Khun Pattamarat has extensive experience in matters involving company formation, complex company restructurings, corporate due diligence, share subscriptions and issuance, share and stock purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and has drafted transactional and other corporate documents and closed numerous corporate transactions. She has negotiated and drafted commercial contracts and carried out legal research and advised clients on the relevant issues arising in connection therewith.

In real estate matters, she has advised on many real estate transactions involving commercial, industrial, residential and resort properties and raw and semi-improved has drafted, negotiated and commented on the related transactional documents, including land purchase and sale agreements, superficies agreements, ground lease agreements for villa and hotel development sites, condominium sales documentation and long-term lease agreements, hotel and villa resort as well as other property management agreements, service agreements, easement agreements and construction agreements and other real estate transactions. She has carried out real estate due diligence and drafted comprehensive due diligence reports and has closed transactions at local Land Offices throughout Phuket, Phang Nga and elsewhere in southern Thailand as well as Bangkok, Chiang Mai and the eastern Seaboard.

She is licensed by the Lawyer Counsel of Thailand to practice law and is also licensed as a notarial services attorney in Thailand. She is an Extraordinary Member of the Thai Bar Association and has been a Member of the Law Society of Thailand since 2005.
